Account Deletion

Users have full control over their account and may permanently delete their account directly from within the WeWin Rewards app.

How to delete

Steps to Delete Your Account

Open the WeWin Rewards app.

Go to Profile / Account Settings.

Tap the Delete Account button.

Read the confirmation message carefully.

Tap Confirm Delete to permanently remove your account.

After deletion

Your account will be permanently deleted.
Your personal information, including email, phone number, and profile picture, will be removed from our systems.
Your gameplay progress, rewards history, and account data will be permanently erased.
This action cannot be undone.

⚠️

Deleting your account is irreversible. All data, rewards, and progress will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed immediately or within a reasonable period as required by applicable laws and platform policies.
