Official Contest Rules

Apple is not a sponsor. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, this contest.

These Official Rules govern the skill-based prize contests offered within the WeWin Rewards mobile application (the "Contest"). By participating, you agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1 Sponsor

This Contest is run by WeWin Rewards (the "Sponsor", "we", "us"), the developer and operator of this application. The Sponsor is solely responsible for the Contest and the prizes, and can be reached at the contact details in Section 13. This Contest is not associated with Apple Inc.

2 No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Making an in-app purchase, watching ads, or spending money will not improve your chances of winning.

3 Eligibility

Open to registered users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their place of residence) at the time of entry, in any country or region where such contests are permitted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4 Contest Period

Contests run on recurring daily and weekly cycles as shown on the home screen (each an "Entry Period"). The active prize, its value, and its end date are displayed in the app for each Entry Period.

5 How to Enter

Download the app, create a free account, and play the games to earn points and scores. Each eligible game result during an Entry Period counts as an entry. Automated, fraudulent, or manipulated entries are void and may result in disqualification.

6 How Winners Are Determined

This is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined by the highest verified points/scores accumulated during the Entry Period. Ties are broken in favor of the entrant who reached the score first. Results are reviewed for integrity before a winner is confirmed; entries found to violate these rules or the Terms & Conditions are removed.

7 Prizes

Prizes are as described in the app for each Entry Period. No cash alternative or substitution is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, or where required by law. Prizes are non-transferable. Any taxes, fees, or charges associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8 Winner Notification & Claiming

Winners are notified in the app and/or by the email associated with their account, and may be featured in the in-app Winners feed. A winner must respond and provide any required details within 14 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

9 Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants and their relative scores during the Entry Period.

10 Apple Is Not a Sponsor

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever in relation to the Contest.

11 Privacy

Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Winner details may be used to fulfill prizes and, with your participation, to feature winners in the app.

12 General Conditions

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. These rules are governed by the laws applicable at the Sponsor's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
